*Tenants are responsible for paying the full amount of rent each month. Rents are not based on each applicant’s income (unless they already have a Section 8 voucher or similar). Tenants will be responsible for paying all their electricity, water and sewer. No parking spots are included in the rent but parking spots are available for the reduced rate of $50/month for outdoor spaces, and $75/month for indoor garage spaces.
The minimum income limits do not apply to households with Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, or similar subsidies.
