Too much noise from multiple resources: trains, trash parachute, and refrigerator. I was told it’s a concrete building, there is no trash parachute noise complain in the past for the unit next to the trash parachute. But the reality is trash drop off sound is very loud that can hear clearly in my unit. Windows don’t have any sound proof and weather proof.

Assembly Raw has a great location, you have all you need around (Restaurants, supermarket, movies, stores, parks, subway station). What else do you need to have a high quality of life?

Hallway carpet is really old and dirty. Needs to be replaced. Walls also need fresh coat of paint. Lighting is dark. Pet owners need to clean up after their pets. Apart unit itself is fine. New appliances. Good water pressure. Convenient location to live.

Montaje is a great place to call home! With so many amenities and surrounding conveniences at Assembly Row, being stranded at times due to the pandemic hasn’t been an issue. There are plenty of spots throughout the building to do work also.

Anthony was excellent in helping us find a new home. Everything couldn’t have gone any smoother. This is such a killer location too, conveniently right next to the orange line but away from the city so you don’t hear those pesky drummers at night haha.

Overall it's good, great location, and relative value for Boston. Easy access into Boston via train and 93. Lots of restaurants and shops, and there is some outdoor space to go for walks and runs.

1/. Excellent staff leasing office and the concierge 2/. Maintenance is the fastest I have seen. If at all there is a delay it is on my side to submit the request. The maintenance shows up instantly to get the job done.

Except for the fact that people leave the trash on the floor instead of the right bins. It's good. I do not like the fact that people make the lounge space their home and leave food, snacks there. If you want to use, you need to clean later.

It has been a total of 3 years since the day I moved to Montaje. I remember when the building was brand new and the Assembly Row that is here now was completely different. I have seen the Row change before my very eyes. Old stores close and new ones open. Montaje is more than a name of a building, it's a way of life. #LiveMontaje

The past 2 years has been a mostly positive experience. The apartment and location have been wonderful. It’s a little frustrating not having a yoga class in the building anymore. I wish it would come back. I can’t wait to move into our 2 bedroom next month and have a little more space to move and grow.

Montaje is definitely a great place to come home to! I love the layout of my place and there are plenty of common areas in the building. And the amenities of the Row are fantastic, from food and games to health care to public transportation.

My experience staying at Montaje for the last 2 years has been quite comforting specially during troubled pandemic times. The proximity to all essential requirements of life (station, hospital, dental, groceries, pharmacy, shopping) made it most convenient for a no-car person like me. Everything was available in the Assembly township. The building itself is beautiful and the apartments are very well designed. My stay was marked with few indecent incidents by fellow neighbors, but overall the experience of living at Montaje has been good.

Experience has been mixed. Management seems to be very hands off and spread extremely thin. The building is still relatively new, very nice, and in a great location. I’m worried that the lack of management attention will cause the building to degrade much quicker than it should.

Living at the montaje had been a good experience. The neighborhood has everything you could think of such as a cvs, Trader Joe’s, and of course shopping outlet stores. It’s located right next to the T to get into Boston very quick.

Something needs to be done about the cell service in this building. Yes, I know how to use wifi and wifi calling. I know it seems to be an assembly problem as a whole but it sucks living somewhere and your phone hardly works.

We have toured numerous similar communities and there is truly nothing that compares to Assembly Row and we have loved living in Montaje! Everything from the maintenance staff to the location has been a dream. To add to the experience, the leasing office has been so supportive not only while signing but also during the duration of our time here. We worked with both Liz and Danielle and they have gone above and beyond our expectations for not only signing our first lease but also while assisting in resigning our second lease.

The location is great and the amenities are finally open. However, I've submitted more maintenance requests here than I've had to in any other previous rentals and there are not enough chairs at the pool. Putting more lounge chairs at the pool would be great for the summer

I’ve been lucky enough to be living at Montaje for the past year. Even through difficult times l, the team here has worked hard to make sure living here was comfortable for all its residence while abiding by the guidelines set down. The location is prime, the amenities are beautiful and for as long as I live in MA I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Amenities can be more accomodative. I find it hard to reserve certain rooms, and often have to check if there's people, such as billiard room. The community is big compared to the one I had stayed before.

Great amenities. I love the rooftop space especially. I work from home so it's great to step out of my own space and into the rooftop lounge. Beware of thin walls - I can hear when my neighbor is playing music. However, I generally can't hear day to day activities and conversations
